New Kits on Sew4Home.com

Once again, I’ve had the opportunity to work with sew4home.com to feature two pillow designs I worked on with Kaffe Fassett and Renaissance Ribbons.  They do such a great job and I love working with them.

The idea for the pillows came directly from Kaffe.  With his expert eye for color and pattern, he combined his fabric and ribbon prints and provided us with hand stitched prototypes for the front of the pillows.  I took it from there to work up the complete pillows and write the tutorial.  And then Renaissance Ribbons did their usual amazing photography job.  Kits for the pillows are now in my etsy shop.

And I want to thank my friend and very talented graphic artist Rebecca Bufis for the layout out the instruction sheet.  (She also designs and makes the most amazing cupcakes!)

So glad you like them. I will send you another link to some ribbon patchwork pillows I made this month. October must be pillow making month for me!
